Air Force tests have found that smart-bombs guided by the Global Positioning System can be jammed by relatively low-powered broadcasts of combined signals on the L1 and L2 frequency bands. Such jammers could be installed around key targets, ruining the accuracy of the weapons.--Stephen V Cole
