Raytheon has won an $79.7 million contract to provide new APG-63V1 radars for F-15Es; these will replace older APG-63s. Israel, Japan, and Saudi Arabia are considering the same radar to replace the one in their F-15 fleets.--Stephen V Cole

Venezuela has ordered eight Brazilian AMX-T jet combat training aircraft, becoming the third nation to use this type. Brazil has received 54 of the 56 it ordered; Italy has received all 136 that it ordered.--Stephen V Cole
