The US has agreed to sell six used C-130Es to Pakistan. While the Pakistanis need the planes for their own missions (along with spare parts and upgrades for C-130s they already own) they were able to get the US to agree by claiming that this would allow them to better support US anti-terrorist operations.--Stephen V Cole
