The head of South Korean army intelligence is being thrown out of the army for making public how the armed forces screwed by a situation that led to a naval battle with North Korean forces last June. Apparently, South Korean radio intercept units found out about the planned attack, but as the information was passed up the line, nothing was done. Two even more senior South Korean army officers are also being punished.
