 A Japanese newspaper reported that North Korea and Syria had made a deal trade missile, and possibly nuclear weapon, technology. Syria is providing missile guidance system technology it obtained from Russia, as well as examples of the Russian tactical missile Iskandar-E and the multiple launch rocket system Smerch. North Korea has developed technology that enables it to duplicate Russian missile technology. There's no way to confirm this deal, but North Korea has made similar deals in the Middle East before.
