The top crisis in US intelligence is that the National Security Agency (which listens in on as many phone calls and Emails as it can around the world) is not buying new computers fast enough. While the NSA has the best computer-decryption equipment in the world, more modern computers are so easily available that encryption technology is threatening to exceed what the NSA can decrypt.--Stephen V Cole
