Protesters against the presence of the crippled British nuclear submarine HMS Tireless in Gibraltar (where it has been since last May when it suffered a reactor leak) have filed a suit in EU courts charging Britain and Spain with Crimes Against The Environment. Britain's entire nuclear submarine force (except for HMS Triumph) is out of service until the design defect in their reactors is fixed.--Stephen V Cole
