Italy has signed to join the NATO Flying Training In Canada program, and will send three students to Canada for pilot training each year for the next 20 years. Singapore and Denmark have each signed up to send six students a year for 20 years. Britain has contracted to send 20 students a year for 10 years. The wide open skies of Canada provide more space for extensive combat training than the crowded skies of Europe.--Stephen V
