Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham (a former Navy Ace) was a leader of last year's attempt to cancel the F-22 Raptor. This year, however, he has called for doubling the number of Raptors from 339 to 678 in order to reduce the per unit cost.--Stephen V Cole
