EAST CHINA SEA (Sept. 29, 2011) Amphibious assault vehicles assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) head towards sunset after disembarking the forward-deployed amphibious transport dock ship USS Denver (LPD 9).
