SUBMARINE BASE NEW LONDON, Conn. (Dec. 15, 2011) Chief Electronics Technician James Larson, assigned to the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Miami (SSN 755), dresses up as Santa and waves to friends and family members as the submarine returns home to Submarine Base New London.
