The thing is, the extreme low power (design range is <10ft) makes these nearly impossible to detect, so you would have to decide use barrage jamming over the entire frequency band on the off chance that they are present. That will require a lot of power and interfere with other devices, like your own communications and sensors, even if they use other bands.
