It is probably true insiders in the CIA did what they could to 'embarass' Bush,seeing how the administration blamed the agency for lack of awareness of the 911 events,but they never would have thought though they would of lost so much control and power in the intel world,especially in the clandistine ops. There seems to be a tag game going on,so far the only loser is America and no clear victor, except perhaps our enemies...
