The first truth is that there would be no Islamic terrorism without the support of the surrounding population. In the US, many Muslims realize that terrorism is bad for business so are willing to take action to protect themselves. Elsewhere, terrorism is relatively costless for the support elements, so it continues. We must note that there is a strong monetary elements which includes funds transfers. If the guilty here were stopped we would find many who would mend their manners.
Another issue which no one wants to discuss are the Geneva Conventions. First of course, there is a concerted move to make the rules broader than written. Secondly no one wants to review changing circumstances. When the conventions were written, starting in the 19th century. At that time, civilians were subjects, not citizens, so were innocent of governmental actions like war. The 20th century showed that war was an all-hands evolution because of the industrial nature of total war.
In Afghanistan or Iraq say, there were plenty of civilians involve and hurt, but their innocence is and was in question. They had placed themselves in harm's way and got harmed: at a minimum there was an element of contributory negligence. If support starts to cost then the costs goes down. Islam must be disabused of the idea that killing outsiders is a freebie.

Islam ran out of steam because it was economically based on slavery and finally the victims fought back with the US Marines in Tripoli. That gave the Europeans some courage and Islam collapsed without it free labor base.
Back with oil money, conquering Islam is all about reinstating slavery like the Southern states wanted to enslave the American white population.
Denying the war on terror like the muslim jihadi Hussein Obama does is like the Hitler loving Gandhi justifying the Third Reich...pure duplicity...but what could you expect from a pedophile that was molesting a dozen children a day!

It was a rough week for children at the hands of Islamic teachers:
The girl on the left was
burned...
by a teacher for not praying -
The boy in the middle was
whipped...
for not memorizing the Quran -
and the 5-year-old on the right was
beaten...
into a brain damaged coma
by her father - an Islamic scholar who preached mercy and kindness.

First, you always run out slaves: Rome did at the end of the Republic. The Turks also ran out of money. The West out spent them after the Conquest. At the end, Turkish money looked like tinsel.
Islam wants to run things by right of conquest. The problem is keeping people working after enslave: it is not possible now in a modern society. Islam is unproductive and can only buy or steal what it needs. The West supplies the money but the catch is that it pays from viral increases in population.
The longer the process, the harder will be the fall because Islam has no concept of productivity, and worse no concept of public service.
