Subject: India's ICBM runs into a glitch -expect another scandal as India tries to solve it

Apparently -some carbon fibre material required for ICBM heat shield were not made available to India by its usual vendors due to obvious reasons. Of course India will try to make its own (ie spy and illegally procure some of the tech--a great start-up opportunity for the black arms bazaar- the smell of ez money, I say India does this in 5years or so).

Well, seeing as how we gave guidance systems to China, no harm in giving the same equipment to the Indians. Same year and version of course.

The DF-31s do not work, the guidance systems are unreliable--have a little faith.
