in infantry units
for each combat infantry squad one combat medic like 18D but for infantry
two medics in platoon (first aid + triage)
company medical squad with four medics ( life support + evacuation)

Battalion medical company ROLE 2
- HQ and Support platoon
- Treatment platoon
- Combat medical platoon
4-6x mobile medical team (DR + three medics in armoured vehicle)
evacuation from company , resuscitation.

in armoured units
combat lifesaver in each vehicle

Battalion medical company , combat platoon have more more medical teams 8-10x
