I decided to take the comparisons idea and expand on it with a stand-alone website. I've ditched the "winner" format and gone with straight, side-by-side comparisons that allow me to use more imagery. I've got the pilot ready with entries on tanks, frigates, fighters and personal weapons. Please take a look and tell me what you think:

 

I've updated China vs. Japan. New material includes personal weapons, submarines and aerial refueling tankers.

I've updated the China vs. Japan to 13 sections, plus a special report on the J-20 stealth prototype. It's not quite "finished" yet, but it's past the halfway point.
