This is a little unfair in my book, the EU would be more than enough to destroy the US because they would be strangled by lack of trade and weapon for weapon those found in the EU are arguably better, Eurofighter Typhoon>F-22, Challenger 2/Leopard> Abrams, A280 best rifle in the world belongs to British etc etc, oh and the super submarine, the Astute which is British as well.

 

I think the combined fleets of the EU would crush the Naval forces of the USA, sure their enormous but when youve got a submarine like the astute that can track New York from the English channel, you cant win in the water, the Astute are also incredible at hunting other subs, combine that with the other weapons and the US despite their large forces would be tactically outmanouvered. Although I wouldnt be surprised if we sneaky Brits used our secret services and SAS to tamper with US nukes and remove their nuclear power.

Very convincing.  I see what you mean.  Probably a more interesting scenario would have just been "U.S. v. U.K."  At least that might be an even fight, right?

Well then, since America couldn't beat North Korea or North Vietnam, but could kick the UK's ass in 2 seconds, then I guess North Korea or Vietnam must be able to kick the UK's ass in, like, 1 second, eh?

 probably being said by an american who is blinded by their own patriotic arrogance, coming form the country that lost 15 delta force members in somalia to militia +150 others, lost 60,000 men in vietnam, and lost as many men as britian in ww2 even when they joined 3 years late and took 60,00 casulties in ww1 in the last year (joined late again).

any country who uses the war to profit from others suffering does not deserve to become a super power (we all know thats how america has become what it is today)

it is completely rediculous, im sorry, but this  question is once again an example of ill placed american arrogance, this is why the country of america is dissliked so much by other countries.
