Is there any reports of ESSM RIM-162 with larger 10" rocket motor experiencing similar reliability issues?  And is it only the AIM-120D which is experiencing motor reliability issues... or the previous C7 model as well?  It would be interesting though to see if an air-launched variant of the RIM-162 could be a viable enhanced air combat munition in the future.
