Incorrect. Endgame-how much final jerk the missile has left after its speed falls off after burnout is the the determinant. Even the still defective METEOR burns out fuel after sixty seconds. After that, its just a pipe with wings. A PIPE is worse than a closed cylinder in ENDGAME. A ROCKET has some aerodynamic advantages such as LIFT versus drag.
