Has anyone ever actually deployed a submarine equipped with anti-aircraft missiles on patrol rather than for testing?

AFAIK, most Russian and Russian-made SSKs carry short-range, IR-guided SAMs in their sails. Not sure they can launch while completely submerged though. I think they have some kind of evertable, periscope-like thingy that briefly pops up above the surface. The Germans have tested a dedicated missile that exits the sub silently and ignites when its launch tube reaches the surface. Where's GF-Aust? Ah, on this other forum, what's it's name?

I knew that there have been development and testing of the SLAAM, IDAS, etc., but was not aware of the identity of any comparable Russian designs (though I assumed that they existed).
However I have never found a reference indicating that the Russians routinely installed them on the SSK designs. Can you supply a reference for my link library?
