Subject: Collision at sea between French and British subs reported.

Details summarized: Basically sometime 3-4 February, Le Triomphant and the HMS Vanguard hit each other.

The Sun has a story on it, apparently the two didn't even see each other, the radar dome on the French sub is crushed but it made it into port, the UK sub is banged up and had to be towed.

Are you sure that's right? I thought it was the sonar array that was damaged.

I think the Nuclear material is safe, but these boats will need to be fixed like the USS San Francisco did after it hit a rock.
