This actually does not bode well for the Roks. If they have the simple problems this early, then they are doing no better than the Chinese and that is terrible. The Russian boats the Chinese copy are simple. German boats are... well German, complex and very finicky if you get the build details wrong. German boats are not for amateurs.

The South Korean problems sound trivial compared to those of the Chinese.  The real question is how much they improve in the 2nd batch, we will know in 6 months to a year.  The important thing is quality control, something the SK understands but that Russia and China have yet to master.

Im always astounded by things going awry due to (not made to specs)
I love this idea that dibicks always think they know better, i'll just make it cheaper, doesn't need to meet the standards someone has tested it and says it needs to meet.
As Stewie (family guy) says.. thats what happens man
