Dear friends,
I decided to write you and ask you to assist me in finding a job,because I
have not got any job at present moment,and it is rather difficult for me to
find any job over here right now,to support my family. That is why I decided to write you this
letter.I hope that it is more easier for you to get me a job.The economic
situation in Azerbaijan does ot give much opportunities to ask for a job over
here at present moment,first of all because of economical collapse.
My contract with BUE Caspian Limited was over two months ago,and I could not
find any other company that can give me a job over here
I need to ask you to do your best to help me to find a job in a marine company
that needs my skills.I hope it is much more easier for you as the
International Marine Contractors Association to help me to find a job I can do
because you have the information about many marine companies,and their needs
of workers to hire.
I would like to introduce myself to you now.
My name is Igor Osipov.I was born on 26th October1965 in Baku,Azerbaijan. I am
married. I was graduated from Baku Marine College.I am 2nd Engineer,
Chief Engineer. My work experience is:
1987-1988 Third Engineer Jalgan 2500 h p
1988-1992 Second Engineer-Chief Engineer Titan-4 7500 h p
1992-1994 Second Engineer Andoga 8100 h p
1994-1997 Chief Engineer Neftegaz8 7200 h p
1997 till now Second Engineer Neftegaz64 7200 h p
I have succesfully completed 56 hours Personal and Social Responsibility
Training,which was followed by a written exam. This training complies with
requirement prescribed by Chapter 6,Regulation of International Convention on
Standards of Training. I have a Personal Safety and Social Resposibilities
Training Certificate,dated 23rd July 1999,Validity for five years.
I also completed the Advanced Training in Fire Fighting Course for crew
members,which I finished with good result on 23rd July,and I got a
Certificate. I got a Certificate of received an approved training course on
board the training simulator ship from 6th January 1997 to 10th January 1997.
The special syllabus contains as followes:
damage control in types of emergencies may occur.such as collisions,fire
fighting,and foundering;
use of breathing apparatus,protective clothing,and equipment;
personal survival techniques.
This Certificate is valid to 2002.
