Subject: Military CONOPS and Screw Ups
Mack    8/17/2006 8:43:07 AM
Our little, Veteran-owned company, Solid Thinking Corp, teaches Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) to the US and allied defense departments and industry. We are ex-military folks and we stress importance of involving the USER in designing and building military sensors, weapons and systems. We are looking for specific examples of the screw-ups that result when the USER is not consulted, and especially when no CONOPS is written for the system during development and deployment. Send examples to Mack@SolidThinking.org since we only check this message board periodically.
