Support the Shia, support the Sunni, support the Alawites! Support all Islamic factions from Western Libya to Eastern Pakistan. Use the modified Soviet Plan, give some factions weapons only and others only ammunition. If merely a small percentage of Islamic are psychotic, marauding murderers, then they should exterminate themselves quite quickly. Then I want to see if the silent majority of peaceful Muslims arise and make all men free and equal.
