Subject: Aviation History - the Magazine Club

Who else here reads "Aviation History"? I've been buying it for the last year or so and think it is a great little publication, so I was wondering if people would like to participate in a "Magazine Club" on here to discuss the articles. The two articles I have had a chance to read this issue are the one which talks about how the P-51B was quite problematic, with many mechanical issues and in particular gun failures stunting its effectiveness. Apparently the problems weren't really sorted out until the advent of the P-51D, which became what many consider to be the best all round fighter of the war. The other article was about the TSR-2, which was an interesting overview of the problems associated with program but which took a bit of a bitchy tone about the British political establishment and aircraft establishment of the day, so I don't know how unbiased it was. Anybody else have views on this?
