Subject: Any answers about C-RAM at Camp Victory?

Anyone know if C-RAM was around and on when the recent "Iranian Supplied" 240mm rocket hit Camp Victory in Iraq? No news seems to be mentioning this. Everything I've found says C-RAM was installed at Camp Victory in late 2006.
