By getting excited, Bhrama has put in wrong facts: 1. Zero was not invented by Aryabhatta. 2. India was not the only source of Diamonds in the Medivial ages. De beers was founded in 1888 and surely, its founder was not indian. 3. Trigonometry is closer to ancient egypt than to India. There are many other's, but I would like to end it here. My advice to u. Try and verify whatever you are posting.

Well, all the links that u provided were not credible ones. Actually, the zero, or shunya as we say it sanskrit, has been around from times immemorial.. surely much before 300 BC (that's the time aryabhatta was going around) ---------------------- Indian child is a biased site and might not give u the best information. I'm not saying this to hurt anyone's feelings or to degrade our great country. Its just that I know India is great without exaggerating the facts. So why do it?
