Herc,

What kind of cruise missiles are those? Should be guided by the Russian GPS system? Multiple platform shipboard deployable?

Anti shipping capbility?

Then it should not be called a cruise missile, my impression of a cruise missile is like the tomahawk slow slowly cruising at sub sub sonic speed.

But this is a super sonic missile. I thought that it was also a surface to surface missile, that it could be a land attack version of the turbofan tomahawk.

Supersonic anti ship missiles, which Sysop calls anti carrier missiles. Now India has it, Taiwan has it. China is supposed to have some sun burn missile technology. This leaves alot of navies operating the harpoon missile gun boat platform at a severe disadvantage. Ramjets beat turbofans.

I wonder if India/Russia will sell them to other western equipped navies if they so desire it? And if there are any new plans to develop this missile into a stand off land attack missile. A Bramohs SLAM.
