The People's Republic will be able to become wholly self-sufficient in foodstuffs, the uranium enrichment program will prove to have been genuinely for nothing more than zero-carbon-footprint power generation, and immigrants will flood into the Land of the Morning Calm from Russia and China seeking to enjoy the peace and prosperity of the benevolent Pyongyang regime.
