Maybe we're just waiting to verify that there was a nuclear test rather than Kim Jong-Il's ego hitting the floor.  You know, that thing you said we should do before going into Iraq and looking for WMD? Man, there's no pleasing some people.

Don't worry. No one will invade NK this time. In fact, we will do aboslutely nothing when more bombs are tested, or when bombs are sold, or when bombs are shipped into US, or when bombs wipe out NY or DC. And even then, we will do a 5-year research just to make sure that the bombs are indeed from NK. Is everyone pleased now?
