Subject: Moro Warriors Rebuild for War

The peace talks between the Philippines Government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front for the final peace agreement on Mindanao has been put aside by the government as it is busy with keeping itself in power. It shifted its focus on the rampant crime, destabilization plots and the coming bloody election. The Muslims on Mindanao have declared before that total independence is the only solution to end the bloody war. If they agree and sign on the latest peace talks, i think that they would do it for only one reason. They would regroup and rebuild a more powerful Moro Army during peace time. And again declare independence when they think that their army and people are ready again to go into total war!

I think that you are correct. Just like what the truce talks in Israel are about. Buying time to rebuild and re-arm.
