Subject: Should our Prime Minister be perfectly bilingual, stronger in French or stronger in English?

Just curious what you think about having a bilingual Prime Minister and if he or she should be able to represent a party if they can hardly speak the opposite of their mother tongue. Example Stephane Dion. No offence to anyone intended.

the realities of life are that you can get elected pm without speaking a word of french while the opposite is quite impossible.  it's nice to be bilingual but it's not all that far up my list of important characteristics to be PM.
