I know it's a bit off the military line, but I've looked and asked everywhere else without success: I would gladly pay a fee to get an accurate answer to these 2 questons...1.) What percentages of land in Baja California (Norte) and Baja California Sur are owned privately, owned by the government and owned/controlled by the ejidos. 2.) How much is paid in yearly real estate taxes on each?
