Subject: F-117A back in the air?

http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/showthread.php?189329-Air-Force-being-clingy-with-the-F-117 Funny. There seems to be some funny things going on fast recently. 20 LCS has been proposed. F-117A back in the air. New missile program from DARPA to Lockheed Martin. F-35B is proposed to termination in order to speed up A and C models. These aren't the long-term programs. Really, what's the hustle to build up air strike and littoral naval force?

China and its territorial claims coupled with quakes in its economy due to long overdue adjustments.
 
I'd watch Russian positioning and posturing for north asia.  They won't take sides but will guard against refugees and accidental incursions.
 
Also watch for increased Chinese fishing activity and armed patrol boats in the South China Sea.  Indicates an increased presence against foes with little to counter with but not enough power to require a US destroyer task force.
