Err, 10 out of the currently listed 25 F18E/F USN squadrons are F/A18F units. The USMC has several of F18D's as well. Plenty of two seat carrier fighters around methinks :-)

China will replace Russia, Serbia, Bulgaria, et al, as the main provider of inexpensive arms to Third World dictators - especially in Africa.  How sad.

As long as it's incredibly reliable, easy to fix with limited tools, dirt cheap and takes 7.62x39 it'll be acceptable for use in paramilitary forces.
 
I can't imagine the dictator who is scratching their heads on the idea of using proprietary Chinese ammunition: what happens when the standards change from under your feet or the PRC gets tired of you?
