Actually some sections in Iran have referred to Israel as a 1atomic bomb country, I think its plan was to take out Haifa and Tel Aviv in 1 shot, a tall order since they are 60miles or so apart.??.Its not case of prophecy though the Ayatollahs are Ayatollahs - they are not crazy. Nukes are weapons of last resort(in most cases) and if push comes to shove Iran would use nukes (as would Israel or anybody), Palestinian risk notwithstanding.
 
The greater fear is a rogue sale of nukes from Iran (again unlikely).

Iran will not use nukes on Israel.
One:It's not prophesied nor is it a possibility!
Since,one nuke would take out, Palestine,Gaza,and
Israel.Which would be worthless, even for terrorists.
