The Marines have told the engineers working on the V-22 to improve and de-bug the flight software and hydraulic systems. The 11 Dec crash was caused when a wiring bundle chafed a hole in a titanium hydraulic line at a hard-to-inspect point where the #2 and #3 systems use the same line.--Stephen V Cole
