The Hungarian Army has received the last of 487 BTR80 armored personnel carriers from Russia. The vehicles have been delivered in batches since 1995 as partial payment for the Russian debt to Hungary. The Hungarian police ministry received another 68 vehicles. --Stephen V Cole
