PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 1, 2007) - Capt. Thomas Downing, Commander, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11, and Capt. David Woods perform a fly-by over of nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) after an airborne change of command during which Downing relieved Woods as Commander, CVW-11.
