PERSIAN GULF (Jan. 22, 2009) Operations Specialist Seaman Kimberly Pagan, from Brooklyn, N.Y., communicates with the combat information center during a general quarters drill aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50).
