SULU SEA (July 5, 2011) The guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy corvette BRP Pangasinan (PS 31) are underway supporting Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2011. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
