Container equipment systems developed to transport and store water and fuel are ready for a test airdrop on Fort Bragg, N.C., Nov. 9, 2011. Each polypropylene water blivet can hold up to 420 gallons of water or fuel. To comply with current rigging guidelines, soldiers loaded each with only 320 gallons for the certification process.
