NORFOLK (Dec. 15, 2011) Sailors heave around a mooring line on the forecastle of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95). Williams is returning to homeport following an underway preparing for an upcoming deployment with the Enterprise Carrier Strike Group.
