BLACK SEA (Sept. 8, 2015) The guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) transits the Black Sea. Donald Cook is participating in exercise Sea Breeze 2015. Sea Breeze is an air, land, and maritime exercise designed to improve maritime safety, security, and stability in the Black Sea.
