PACIFIC OCEAN (Jan. 15, 2016) An AV-8B Harrier, assigned to Marine Medium Tilt Squadron (VMM) 166 (Reinforced), takes off from the flight deck of amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) during flight deck certification operations.
