The government has changed some of it's laws to make it easier to prosecute members of Falungong. In particular, giving medical advice (Falungong believes in spiritual healing) to someone who subsequently died is now a capital crime, This allows Falungong members to be executed. Nothing else has intimidated Falungong members, so the government is going legally kill some of them (dozens have already died in custody from "natural causes.")
