China vowed to continue it's war on the religious movement Falungong. The movement continues to survive despite savage government repression. Falungong says that China has killed 1600 of its members, and some 27,000 are held in prisons, mental hospitals and work camps. Another 100,000 are being held without trial. What helps to keep the resistance going are the millions of Falungong members outside of China, and the Internet, which makes it possible for Falungong members to communicate despite government efforts to stop this sort of thing.
