Malaysia has told the Philippines to come and get rebel leader Nur Misuari by December 24 or he will be allowed to flee to another country. The Philippines didn't want to take Misuari back just right away because of the possible violence Misuari's followers or enemies might create. But the government now says it will take Misuari back before the deadline.
